  • to communicate with you about grant information, applications, etc.;
  • to manage the Website;
  • to communicate with you about products, services, events and education;

Opting Out of Communications

If you have subscribed to or are otherwise receiving Foundation news or similar information from us by email and no longer want to receive such information in the future, you may opt out of receiving certain types of emails by replying to the email with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. Where the Foundation processes Personal Information about you, such information is controlled by the nccPA Health Foundation, which is headquartered in the United States at 12000 Findley Road, Suite 100 Johns Creek, GA 30097-1409.

Personal Information of EU or UK residents collected by the Foundation may be transferred for processing in third countries, such as the United States. Where required by applicable law, such transfers will be undertaken pursuant to an appropriate safeguard such as the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

The Website is not designed or intended to be attractive to use by children.  It is not our intention to collect Personal Information from anyone under 18 years of age, and we will not knowingly do so.
